Hi there!
@450 w 4*112 it runs just fine
using 4*133 with 133mhz ram it runs stable (with fsb) about 5-10 s and when the harddrive gets active it freezes (IBM 14 GB)
Cooling is good i think, voltage CAN'T be adjusted ... hmm.
Anyone knows?

Well, without a voltage increase, you may have reached the limitations of your chip.
Often the L2 cache limits overclocking on P2's and Katmai P3's. You can see whether the L2 cache is holding you back by disabling it in BIOS and trying 133MHz FSB. However, I'd only do this to satisfy your curiosity..... it will perform very badly with the L2 cache disabled, despight the higher CPU core speed that you may achieve!!!
Other than that, do you have a passive cooling system (no fan)? Some P2's were designed like this and run extremely hot, so slap a fan on that heatsink and she'll run cool as a cucumber http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif If you need any advice about attaching a fan, I can dig out an ond thread, but you really only need a fan and some self tapping screws to bite onto the heatsink fins.
Another possibility is that you are overclocking the PCI bus. Does the mobo officially support 133MHz FSBs??? By 'officially', I mean was it originally designed to run genuine 133MHz FSB CPUs, or does it officially run up to 100MHz, but have a 133 option for overclockers??
If it's the latter, then you may not have the correct clock divider for 133MHz FSB operation.
At 100MHz FSB, the PCI bus speed is derived by dividing the FSB by 3 to give the correct 33MHz. On an official 133MHz motherboard, there will be a /4 divider to give 33MHz PCI clock with an FSB of 133MHz. If you do not have a /4 divider, your PCI clock will be 44.3MHz - this may be too much for many devices, including the HDD controller which clocks at the same speed as the PCI bus! Personally, I wouldn't take a HDD over 41MHz, unless it was expendable.
My sentiments entirely krusty. I was concerned about my agp card along with hdd, and ended up getting a Via based board that did support 1/4 divider.
