When I right click the start menu, open,explore is greyed out ....find is there don't know what happened??Any suggestions?Thanks

Yeah, kinda lame huh? I don't know why MS chose to deactivate those two options. Could've easily just left them as is.
But anyways, they're not really needed anymore. What do you want to do? Move items to the Start Menu, or from it, or just shuffle current items around? You can do that directly within the menu itself. Just grab an item and move it, or do a right-click and alter it's properties or whatever.
BTW, you can still "Explore" the Start Menu by opening Windoze Explorer and going to the folder C:\Windows\Start Menu\

If you use Tweak ui, go to My computer tab, and make sure all the drive boxes are checked. If some are unchecked, this will grey out the explore option.
