Anybody have any experience w/ this program?

Are their #'s accurate? My bios (KT7-Raid) states my CPU temp is around 50 degrees centigrade while CPU Cool & Sandra states temps of 29 degrees.

What is correct ? With the cooling I have in my system I tend to believe the lower #s.

Cool Master DP5 6H11 W/ an additional 4500 rpm fan.

3 exhaust 80 mm fans: sucking
1 bay cooler fan : blowing
120 mm case fan : blowing
92 mm case fan blowing
PCI slot exhaust fan

All pushing cold air in from the front up & over the components out the upper back back part of the case.

Don't use CPU Cool or any other software cooler with KT133/AMD systems. They simply don't work and in many cases raise the temperature instead.

I'm not interested in its software cooling but its monitoring of system temps. I want to make sure my system cooling design is doing the job or do I need to revamp. I also just took a look at Mother board monitor 5.0 which reports the same temps as Sandra & CPU cool.

Any more thoughts?

Thank You

I use the MBM5 and think it's very good and efficient. Accurate too.

I use MBM4 and it's very accurate! I guess I should download MBM5, but just haven't because MBM4 has been serving its purpose quite nicely! http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

The makers of this program seem to update it very regularly ... just like MBM. It is very accurate on my SS7 but I cant speak for others. I like your set up though....lots of fans mmmmmm. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/wink.gif
