Is there a difference between an FCPGA to slot 1 and a PGA to slot 1 converter? I have an Abit BF6 and a Celeron 466. But, I recently purchased a FCPGA Celeron 700. When I placed it into my PGA370 converter card it will not boot for anything. I have the newest BIOS too. Thanks for the help!!!

The Celery-II is a "flip-chip" processor. The C-2 does utilize 370 pins. However, being a flip-chip, these processors have a lsightly altered pin-out as compared to the original s370 chips (your Celeron-I).
You will need to true FCPGA Slocket to install your new processor. I recommend taking a look at Abit's Slocket-III or the popular Iwill Slocket-II.
Good Luck,
