Removing Duron Bridges

I want to oc my duron 700 to an 800... I've seen all the diagrams of bridge settings and know which ones need to be changed. I'm not sure exactly how much voltage I should do so if anyone knows a good one for 800Mhz please tell. What is the easiest way to remove bridges on the chip?

You know, you might as well bump up to 900 or 1GHz since this is gonna be permanent, but it's your CPU. Oh, and don't say I didn't warn you it might kill your chip if you don't do it right.
