what's the best thermal grease/heatsink/fan combo??

What thermal grease carries the most heat to the heat sink. Also what cpufan moves air the best?

Artic Silver is the best thermal paste.It costs about 10 or 15 bucks.It's expensive,but it's enough for a lifetime.It makes a difference of a few degrees Celcius with the regular stuff.I really should get it myself. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

The best fan you can get is a Delta 60mm fan (fits all the socket type processors,use 2 on a slot type).This fan moves most air (38cfm) of all the fans of this size.Too bad they cost 15 bucks a piece.

One problem: the Delta 60mm fan is loud as a turbine!!! Seriously, it sounds like a hair dryer in you PC. Now two of them.......

yes, the delta black lable is loud. if you can tolerate the sound, its a great fan.
