how do i go about over clocking my 400 to a 450 or some speed around there
i really need help i don't have the mannel to my motherboard

Go into your BIOS and see if you can change the FSB,If you have the option for 112mhz that'll give you around 450mhz,otherwise you'll have to change jumpers on the board, if you can get the manual of a friend or check IMB website you might be able to get a new copy of the manual or a e-mail IBM for the combinations.
