Which tiling setting is best?

This depends on the card (v3/4/5), cpu, resolution, qualitiy-setting. If you have a slower CPU and play on low res (640) then Aggressive will be the best setting for low flickering and vice versa.

I'm using the new Beta drivers for the V5--I intend to switch back to the old ones to see if they change my performance. However this is AMAZING--using 800x600, 32 bit color, with conservative tiling, my frame rate jumps 30% with no glitches.
