I have a duron cpu ,running 800 mhz,how do I o/c it ,or can it be o/c'ed.?

It is the motherboard that has the overclocking "tools" not the CPU. The D800 is clockable but whether you can or not depends on the motherboard. So, what motherboard have you got?
