that's kinda cool, what'd you make it from?

Real nice setup. Since I paint clear Lexan bodies from the inside, I'd be tempted to do some of the same to a clear case.
I am wanting to do some overclocking myself. Probably start with an unlocked Duron. We definately have some talking to do.
I have a real neat internal cooling fan suggestion for you.
Are there motherboards for going much faster?
Nice jod you did on that case now you need to put a black neon in it and it will look realy cool or like Rusty said paint it and tape off a AMD sign then put the neon in it
Very Cool
And Realy good over clock I have a Slot A 750 Tbird on a K7M mobo that i have running at 1102

Really cool case!!!!It must be cool, too!
Well done,looks awesome.
Nice job on your videocard, with the cooler and heatsinks on the mem.I would advise to put the scsicard in a lower slot,so your videocard will have more room to 'breathe'.

That is called cable rounding. Sysopt has an article on how to do that.
Here's the article....

nice ...I saw one of those a while back and have been toying with the idea myself...specially since one of my friends has a small fabrication co working with plexy glass....but my idea was to make the case but also add a water tank as part of the case ,that I could use for my water cooler. Was thinking of dying the water so it would look cool http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif but nice looking case

Thanks for the comments plus I recieved quite a few questions thru email ill answer here,
I purchased the case from Clear-view tech, http://www.clear-viewtech.com/ it was approx 140$ w/no power supply, the case is of VERY high quality as each one is hand made
The fans are 92 mm (ill NEVER use another 80 if I can help it), cant even hear these run.
Powersupply is an aftermarket AMD approved 300 that I got for 45$
Drives are a Maxtor 7200 20g
HP 9100 8x cdrw
Creative 52x
Chip is blue T-Bird 750
Cooler is FOP 38
Vid card is retail Prophet MX with added cooling
Soundblaster live value soundcard
128 megs PC150 mem
The little 10$ temp guage is attached to the FOP and runs about 1°c higher then the hardware monitor
I simply folded the drive cables (no cutting) dyed the nylon ends black and wrapped them with 1/4" spiralwrap from the autostore (also available in many colors)
No EMI probs that I can tell??
And the #1 question?
"How did you get it to 1133???"
I didnt do anything, ran it for 3 days at 750
and then just moved the multi to 11 for 1100 with a voltage increase and some slight bios tweaking, a couple days later stuck it at 12 and it posted! Not reliable at that point, semi successful at 1150 but for now 1133 seems best, im still amazed at how cool it is as it hasnt gone over 40°c yet, maybe the plastic dont absorb and hold heat like metal, not sure???

Yep, I remember reading that Lexan and acrylic doesn't retain heat as much as metal. Someone put a blowdryer to metal and lexan and the lexan was back to room temp in half the time of metal. =) Good OC! Gots to luv the blue copper cores =P

Great looking case and a great OC speed. But have you had any problems with WinME and the OC? Mine would just lock at the startup screen if I OC'd any.

For a case that's built that well, I would be suprised if it did go over 40°c. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

someone mentioned that the acryllic wouldn't hold the heat, in fact metal casing should be better as it will act like a heatsink and conduct the heat away from the inside of the case to the outside, make sense now????
So whose gonna be the first to make a solid silver case:)
