Fonts disappearing

My times new roman font in win98 doesnt look like it is the right font. I have uupgraded from win95 recently which also had the same problem. How do I restore this font?(I have tried copying and pasting from another comp to no avail) And why would it of had happened?

You may want to delete it all together, and then copy it from another computer to a temp directory. Then goto control panel >> fonts. From there you can click on file >> install new font, and goto where ever you had placed it and install it. But make sure the copy font to fonts folder box is checked.
That should work for you.
