When i turn on my computer, it doesn't start up. I can hear the cd rom check, but then the computer doesn't get to the memory check. On my moniter, i have a message saying "No Signal Input". I think that it might be a loose connection in the tower. I therefore took of the case to the motherboard, but could not seen anything to determine whether there is something unplugged or not!

Bet the connection between the monitor and the system block is broken. Therefore the monitor doesn't get any signal, and shows you this message. Check the plugs and how loose they are on both ends of the cord going from monitor to case. Most likely that'll fix it. If not, replace the cord.

Do you get any beeps coming from the system? Did you build this system and have you had it up and running before? If it was up and running before, what did you do last to it? We need more info to begin to help.
