All you european customers probably heard of thetatech.
A german company selling cooler for all kind of rigs.
I ordered my FW FEP32 about 2 or 3 weeks ago
and I have not yet recieved the cooler. I know that
the FEP32 has been replaced with the FKP32.
But i ordered mine before they where taken out of
Marios online store.
Now when i mail Mario @ support@thetatech.de
there is no respond, i have tried severel times.
This is getting really really annoying, not knowing
where my cooler is, and IF he even recieved my
money. so on and soforth.
Can any of you guys trie to get an answer from him.

I wouldn´t recomend you buying stuff from him if
the service is this bad.
