I don't really understand your chart, but what you want to do is set your FSB to 83 MHz and your multiplier to 2.5 (208 Mhz). If it will go to 3.0 do it(249 Mhz). With these old chips and cache on the MB you want to up the FSB as high as possible to get maximum performance from your PC.

How do I know where to put the jumpers to 3..
How do i know where they go?
Mike, go back to that page tou gave a link for. On the left is an icon marked Jumpers. Click that & go to the bottom of the page for your clock settings.
The jumpers should be labled on your board. Just follow the table settings.
