In all fairness, I'm going to do this here, since others have emailed me about it. I will also post this at Resellerratings.com
I contacted the Overclocking Store who has agreed to RMA my processor overnight. Although I had a number of problems getting a hold of them they were also shifting their warehouse. Now that I've managed to talk to them (via phone) they've been extremely helpful in fixing this problem.
I felt it was only fair that I post the positive comments here for people to see as well as the negative ones, even though the negative ones got moved. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif
