im wondering since i have a slot 370 celeron and i want to upgrade if it would it be alright to throw a Celeron 600A FCPGA, 128K L2 Cache i know my motherboard can handle it. Does that FCPGA mean anything special??

Yes...most celeron boards do not accept FCPGA, while it's fine with PPGA's (your celeron, and any celeron slower than 533)
Only newer boards, and some old Abit boards will accept FCPGA and PPGA.
Note - FCPGA will fit in a PPGA 370 socket, but if its not compatable with the board, it just wont work.
