Is a 700 mhz athlon with 256 ram better than a 800 mhz athlon with 128 ram?

If it is Win98, I might lean towards the 800 and 128 since the gains from more than 128 are not worth the money in my experience. I am not sure but I think an older 700MHz Athlon may overclock better than an 800 since it is probabvly not a 700MHz chip but a faster 800 marked as 700. That is completely unfounded though but based on the idea that the 550 is actually a much faster processor yet sold at 550. Hmmmmm, decisions decisions. I wish I had that one to make myself... Due to the 2/5 cache divider, the 800 doesn't offer stellar performance over the 700.
