I know that UDMA-66 controllers typically
need to be disabled before overclocking...

What about the newer UDMA-100 controllers?
I have heard no word on this, yet...

If the mobo keeps the PCI bus speed within good limits, There is no reason to disable any PCI devices.

33MHz plus-or-minus 20% seems to be acceptable.
