best athlon cpu to over clock for the money?

im just deciding on a athlon cpu to buy. was wondering if the 650 is good to OC. another question can pc133 ram compatible to pc100 slots?

Duron 650 is probably the best bang for the buck if you can find one that is'nt locked. I paid 135.00 Cdn for mine and it's currently clocked at an easy 900. Machine is dead stable, and now that I've got some better cooling installed (FOP32 and an 80mm blowhole) my temps have come way down, so I'm sure it'll go higher.

PC133 should work for you no problem.
