I've Duron 600, A7V with DIP's. In order to overclock using the DIP's, do I have to reconnect/disconnect my L3/4 bridges every time I want to change the multiplier (some are currently cut)? Does a fully bridged L1 promises O/C whatsoever?
Please Help,
Oren.
the only bridges you shoule worry about are the L1 bridges on the chip, all the other ones are for auto recognition.
if the L1 bridges are intact, or they have been connected you should be able to cook the processor very easly.
do not worry about the L3 and L4 bridges

What about L2,5-7? Should I worry about them (I have VCORE soft-setting via BIOS)?
the only bridges you should be concerened with are the L1 bridges. . .just make sure they are connected and you are good to go. all the rest of them are for auto recognition for when you are not useing the manual settings
