New heatsink or not ?

I put in the Celeron 400, and I am wondering whether the heatsink and fan that came with it are enough ?
If I'm going to overclock (Abit BH6 + C400)it should I buy another ?
Please suggest a good make for my setup.

On the Abit boards you need to be careful not to get something too tall so you don't block the DIMM slots. I use a socket sinker from 3dcool.com and it works well on my C366. I can get 550 out of it at 2.1V.
