Hotmail & IE4/Outlook Express

Please let me know how to setup IE4 & Outlook Express to access a hotmail account directly. I want to set the Mail icon in the IE4 toolbar to automatically login into the hotmail account. Thanks.

If you want to use outlook express to access your hotmail account through pop3, there is a little problem.. there is an annual fee..
you have to sign up for premium pop access service..
