Here are the new pics of my closed-loop built-in water cooled peltier system. I used all of the same parts from my first water cooler and added a 55-watt peltier to the CPU and eliminated the reservoir. I modded my case with two 120mm fans added to the front bezel for cooling the radiator.

Nice job mota you got some good temps, need to ask where you got the water wheel for the water system. Ive been looking everywhere for 1.

Dang! Your PC case looks like a central air-conditioning unit! LOL. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif How much was invested in the water-cooling setup?

cracker009:All the fans are run at reduced voltage so its not as loud as it looks. Thats what the odd looking control panel above the flow indicator is for, its an old motor break-in box for R/C car motors that varies the voltage fro 0 to 10 volts. I'm using two of them to control all the fans in my system. As far as I know they have been discontinued by Tekin for a few years.

keithq:The rotary flow indicator is from McMaster-Carr (http://www.mcmaster.com/) part# 80135K13

NDC:I'm guessing I have spent around $175 on watercooling stuff including all the spare parts left over like extra fittings and tubing and the reservoir that im not using anymore. If you went with a cheaper pump like a MagDrive and left off the flow indicator you could build a good system for less than $100.

WOW, that sounds like a reasonable price! http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif Very nice setup you got there. I'm very impressed! http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif
