Overclocking Problem

Here is my setup: p3 800 cbo, MSI BXMaster, 256 mushkin rev 2 ram
Here is the problem: Once I try to push the FSB to just 105 mhz the cpu post but thats as far as it gets. It will not get to the memory checking. I have tried upping the voltage and different fSB settings. I then have to reset the bios and start over at 100 mhz fsb. Any ideas before I start ripping into this? thanks

not sure on intel boards but my k7m is the same way cant get it over 107 fsb but that is do to the chipset not handleing the increased bus speed you may have the same problem there that is why i like the Athlon you can get a GFD and change the multipler on it i got a 750 slot a t bird running at 1102 as i type this
