What exactly does that do? -felix felix726 02-17-2000, 12:42 AM I am perplexed. I have been running quake3 demos trying to test my new system and I keep getting the strangest results. My framerates seem to be doing the exact opposite of what they are supposed to. If I run a demo in high quality @ 800x600 I am getting around 100 fps. Then if I switch to fastest @ 800x600 or even 640x480 i can only get about 65 fps. What the heck? The same thing happens regardles of what demo I run: demo001 demo002 crusher (framerates not quite as high) Anyone have this happen to them? PIII 550E FCPGA @ 682 Abit BE6-II Asus v6600 Deluxe 128MB Crucial PC133 I mean its not like I'm complaining or anything I just can't figure it out. -felix guess you can't use UBB in the topic line http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif [This message has been edited by felix726 (edited 02-16-2000).] SysOpt.com
