Hello-
I think I can help you out a little...
Personally (having ordered one) I would go with the Abit board. The KA7-100 fetched great reviews and it's feature lineup is practically unmatched.
The only catch is that it is for older Slot-A Athlons only. However, do not despair! Abit is releasing the KT7 and KT7-RAID (KT133 versions of the KA7 and KA7-100 respectively) which will give you Duron/Thunderbird support in SocketA form. Check those boards out too.
The FIC board- while I can stand by FIC as being one of the best MB companies around, the feature set of the AZ-11 just didn't match up to Abit's line. You may, however, find it to your liking. Just my opinion, but I would go for an Abit.
As for that Asus, I have no experiences/real research on any of their boards but they do seem to be among the highest quality boards (although while shopping for a board I did notice that their prices were somewhat stiffer than others) so I cannot give useful input for you there, sorry.
Good luck

Edit: oops- as for the power supply, make sure it's 300W minimum, I would go for a 350 or 400 if I had the cash. Check AMD's web site for a list of AMD-passed Power Supplies.
PC133 SDRAM gives some benefit to speed, and I would recommend it because the price difference between PC100 and PC133 is so small. Make sure you get quality brand name memory though- Athlons are very picky about RAM- It is worth the extra cost to buy top brand name RAM and save yourself horrendous troubles in in trying to return cheaper RAM/Getting new RAM after that.
