Assuming your computer is currently stable, you should be able to o/c your chip to 400mhz without too much effort. If you don't already have thermal paste between your heatsink and CPU, now would be a good time to stick some on. Since you'd be pulling off the heatsink and fan anyways, it'd probably be a good time to consider a larger h/s-fan assy. to aid cooling the chip. You should take a look at case ventilation as well; is it adequate?

That being said, it's time to flip jumpers. The following settings will give you 400mhz (4x internal multiplier & 100mhz fsb). I believe your chip normally runs at 2.2v. Most likely you will have to raise your voltage to 2.3 or possibly 2.4v.

SDRAM 1....2-3
SDRAM 2....1-2
SDRAM 3....2-3

CLK 1......1-2
CLK 2......1-2
CLK 3......2-3
CLK 4......1-2

FREQ 1.....2-3
FREQ 2.....1-2
FREQ 3.....2-3

On your CPU voltage pinouts:
jump 5-6 = 2.2v
jump 5-6 & 7-8 = 2.3v
jump 3-4 = 2.4v

I would initially leave the voltage at 2.2, and if you encounter any post problems or instability then bump it up to 2.3 or 2.4 if you have to.

In another post, you had asked about flashing your BIOS. With the above CPU installed in your board, you do not have to upgrade your BIOS, and I recommend not doing so. It can be risky, and there's no point if you don't need to. If you encounter any stability problems or lockups, I would recommend disabling the "write cache pipeline" feature.

Have fun. Good luck.

Need some more details, and just exactly what chip do you have...a 350 or 550? What type of memory do you have? What have you got for peripherals and cooling? What are you hoping to get out of it?
