FIC-VA-503+ bios update?

I have the FIC-VA_503+ ,Via apollo mvp3 ,PCb-1.2A...with certified sticker EO037 ,,,
I ,m looking to update my Bios to the latest version JE439....
all the info ,in the manufacturer web site it is very Unclaire ,,,
all what I need a such easy step by step instructions from somebody who already HAs the FIC-VA-503+ and HE did upgrade His bios to the latest Version JE439 ...
BTW:THe REASON for updating the BIOS because I,m looking for the K6-2/550MHZ...thanks in advance...

After you have d/l'd the zip file, you'll want to unzip it and install the .bin file and flash utility to a boot disk (preferably one that has DOS 6.22 system files). Make sure the BIOS is set to boot from the A drive first.

Reboot the machine with the floppy in the drive, and at the A:> prompt type the full name of the flash utility followed by a space and then the full name of the .bin file.

Follow the instructions on the screen, and when it asks if you want to save the old file, hit yes and type in a name for it. The utlity will then proceed with the flash. DO NOT at any time interrupt, or turn off the power during this process. When completed, it will ask to save the file, hit yes and the machine should at this point reboot with the updated BIOS installed. Hope this helps.
