You can overclock it but the 133 fsb CPUs aren't the best overclockers since they already have such a high fsb. The multiplers are clock locked and thus the only way to overclock is to raise the fsb (front side bus, btw). You may be able to get a couple extra fsb MHzs out of it but don't expect too much since your multiplier is so low (533/ 133= 4.0 multplier). That means for each fsb MHz you go up from 133, you get 4MHz out of the CPU. The highest I have really seen has been 155 MHz fsb and that puts a huge strain on your IDE, AGP and PCI. And that would only give you 88 more MHz. What motherboard are you using? Some Abits and Soyos have 1MHz steps in fsb speeds, so you could theoretically get it a little higher. I would highly suggest some top notch cooling (not the retail junk that comes with the CPU), thermal goop and a slow movement of the fsb. Don;'t jump directly up to 155 or 140 even or yo will probably not get a POST and will have to reset your CMOs to get the system running again. The TNT2's are decent for overclokcing but if ytou have a Maxtor hdd, you will be in for trouble if you bump the fsb up much at all.
Good luck, and take it very slow after getting better cooling and don't expect too much (sorry http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/frown.gif)
