im thinking about upgrade to t-bird 700 from my old p3-450.am i going to see the huge diffrence?is t-bird compatible with my creatve geforce ddr?or should i get athlon 750 with same price?if i get t-bird, which motherboard should i get?

Yes. The GeForceDDR is compatible with the Athlons and T-bird's. I recommend you get a T-bird 700 because it uses SocketA, AMD is not planning on releasing any more SlotA Processors. So the SocketA would be much better in the long run.
I bought a 700 thunderbird and FIC AZ11 mb yesterday. My old system was a 400k6/2.
My 400 got ~30 fps with a Annihilator 2 card.
The 700 got ~80 with the same card.
Yes, BIG difference...
