I remain a akeptic about burning in a electronic device. I've been playing with some fast PIIIs and tried such a protocol. The results? Zilch. No change in overclocking performance.

Running-in an automobile engine is a procedure with a reason. Things don't work that way at the atomic level.

One possible exception. Maybe the result is partial burning out, not burning in! http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/wink.gif
