At work we have a t-1 connection but dont allow internet access to all the <ahem> "lowers" because it distracts them from doing there job (taking phone orders for a clothing catalog). But, we would like to allow them to see certain site like UPS and FEDex in order to track packages quicker...is there any program that allows you to only access website that you choose? sort of like a child protection deal. But in this case, we want to shut out ALL sites save 3 or 4. any suggestions? thanks

Yepper...just set yourself up a proxy server. You can block out whatever you want, or assign only those sites you want them to see.

WinProxy or SpoonProxy will do the job nicely.

Or if you want a free alternative, go with SquidProxy for Linux, with the SquidGuard Plug-in. Squid is console based, so it will be harder to set up than the other proxy servers, although since it is a venerable UNIX app, it will be far more stable and secure.
