overclock toshiba satellite 420 (pent 100)

Anyone know if you can overclock this old toshiba laptop, pentium 100 or switch out the cpu (if it has socket)

Thats the problem with laptops and notebooks... upgrades are next to impossible and overclocking is a futile effort.
