Is the PIII 600B with 133 FSB, mean it is maximized for PC133 memory? My Tyan 371 is good for it, but I just want to get it clear in my mind before I buy the processor.

Otherwise they would be advising you to oc and Intel is anti-oc. 4.5 w/ a 133MHz fsb = 600 if you have PC100 ram that won't do 133 then you will b e spending money on more than just a CPU. I could be wrong though. I haven't worked with the PC133 before Dave chuckiechan 02-10-2000, 05:25 PM Thanks for the info, you answered my question... I tyan has the via chipset which "auto detects" the fsb. My Cel @ 66, and will detect the P3/600b @ 133. There is a jumper that I set @ 4.5 like you said, so I guess I can start price watching... This is not an overclockers board due to auto-detect, but I compromised to get the dma 66, plus fsb 133... SysOpt.com
