Anti-static stuff!

Can somebody tell me where to get an anti-static pad and wrist-band? (I'm not sure exactly what it's called, so if you could tell me that to, I'd appreciate it)

I simply ground my hand on the computer frame before touching ANYTHING IN THE BOX. So good so far. To be safe, I'd recommend the wristbands.

Try rubbing your hand over a tv screen when it's running before touching any static sensitive device......just kidding!
Touching the screw thats in the middle of an outlet or switch plate puts you at earth ground thus draining you of electricity...if the thing was wired correctly.
