Dude...I had all the tweaks in Win98 from that site...couldn't tell a big difference, so I just lived with it.

As soon as I installed W2K, my D/L rates almost doubled! I ain't touching it's default settings!

Well I just tested it at Adobe on a huge file and it downloaded at 851K bytes/sec. So it just doubled what I was getting. To each their own.The win98 tweaks worked pretty well for me also. You could alway back the reg up and see what happens.
