Can someone tell me how I can unlock my bus clock?

My friend have a p3 450 and he want to know how to unlock the bus clock so that he can overclock his cpu.

The multiplier is locked, not the bus. He will need to up the Front Side Bus inorder to o/c his cpu. This can be an issue, dependning on what type of m/b he has. I will require more information about his system before preceding.
