i have set my bx mo-board to 5.5 and my fsb to 83 but cant over clock it to 550mhz as my pc went loopy when i tried. i have extra cooling in case, but my motherboard is semi-jumperless so i cant up my voltage!!! i have a diamond supra express 56e modem,matrox g400 32meg agp graphics card,sound blaster live value sound card,a enpc kb21 bx motherboard. can any one offer me some advice??????

Hmmmm... 440BX, eh? Is that slot1? Is your CPU slot 1 or socket 370? If you used a slotket, you can adjust the voltage on that. Hmmmm... Do you have any additional cooling for the CPU itself? Because case cooling is good, but you should get a BIGAZZ heatsink/fan to get the heat off the CPU.
