What show is this from?

I saw this a week ago. I can't remember what show it was from. I think Jim Carey was the actor, and at the end of a skit, he goes, "Scary monsters under your bed, THEY'RE NOT AS SCARY AS THE ONES IN MY HEAD!"
I thoght it was funny, now I can't remember where its from and it bugs me.

It wasn't a trailer for "Man in the Moon", the new Andy Kaufman biopic was it?... he was pretty much a fruitcake by all accounts - it's quite spooky how much they made Jim Carrey look like him...

Now that I think about it, and asked a few local friends, it was from "in living color"- the scary larry skit series.

Andy Kaufman is a God, and Man on the Moon does him no justice, down with Jim Carey!! On the other hand, check out Bob Zmuda's book, called Bet Friend Tells All! Very good book, funny as heck.
