I have a award bios and where do I get the upgrade for it..?

Each Award BIOS is different for each make of motherboard. Look up the site for your make and select your model. Did you upgrade your CPU lately, requiring a BIOS flash?
It's not something you need to do very often so "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". Just be sure to answer yes to making a backup of your old BIOS. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
