got a system with K6-2. It runs with 2.2 core voltage. The temp goes up to 45C. The question is, is it normal? And how hight can I go with it before I need to start thinking about additional cooling.

I saved this from a post awhile back, it refers to the code on your Chip, ie. AFX etc.

* - A is Socket-7, B would be notebook ball grid array type
* core voltage - F 2.2V, H 2.4V, C 2.0V, and M 1.9V are used in K6 series.

* maximum temperature - X is 65C, Q is 60C, R is 70C, K is 80C and Z is 85C.
