If your friend wants to save a few bucks he can get a barebones here and all the cooling he needs to overclock (if wanted), nice combos, only quality stuff and they actually answer their e-mail.
This is the only place I could find an alpha heatsink, nice change from the blank looks at the other shops.

They are price competitive and have locations in the Scarborough, Pickering and Richmond Hill (all in or around the Toronto Area). I have been quite pleased by their service.
