i have gotten my amd2-350 upto 400 with a normal fann.. i just bought a new fan made for overclocking with a huge heatsink.. now i cant seem to get the clockspeed and voltage right.. either it freezes or while booting gives errors.. im trying to get it to 450mhz.. what core and i/o voltage, clock speed and multiplier should i set it at??

It's hard to go on such little info. I'll assume that you are trying 4.5x100. You may have to lap the cpu to get there. Also 2.7v is getting into the DANGER ZONE so, if your mobo has a temp sensor , watch it closely.
