Missing the point

I am wondering what they are like.
I want to make a AMD K5 crack rack for Rc5, and I was wondering how much IO coul overclock them. I know it ain';t gonna be no 25% increase, but iof they start at 166, then maybe I can get 180-190???????
I had a K5-133 for a very short time, and a friend had one for about a year. Couple things you should know.
First, AMD used the "P-rating" system on these, like Cyrix does. A 133-rated chip actually runs at 100mhz.
Next, those things ran HOT. Don't think a successful o/c is very likely. Maybe one step if you're lucky.

I know they ran very hot, but they aren't as bad as the Cyrix, so Iam guessing I can get more out of them. I know about the P Rating and stuff. I want to know how fast they are, because I have never used any kind of computer between a 486 and a P II 233.......

There are a lot of different ideas floating about on K5's Here's what I've found out (by turning round and playing with the 2 of them sitting behind me).
My K5 PR-75 Run's at 133 (on socket 5)- it's rated at the same speed as a pentium 75. With the K5 heatsink I've got on it, it never warms up - I've never overclocked.
Now this is a socket 5 3.3Volt version I don't know much about the socket 7 ones, there are LOADS of different versions out there so just try YOUR one out.
