I've got my 400 running 540 4.5 x 120 @ 2.5 volts and had it up to 575 but it wanted 2.8 volts to run stable and I can not aford another new chip right now lol http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif [This message has been edited by scotter (edited 04-22-2000).] wtp 04-22-2000, 10:03 PM what kind of cooling do i need to reach 600+ MHz with my K6-2 500MHz if i have an P5A-B, other than an Alpha PAL6035MUC? DENG!!! 133x6 is 798, is there an S7 that can even reach that speed??? [This message has been edited by wtp (edited 04-22-2000).] scotter 04-23-2000, 01:18 AM you need to keep the chip temp under 100/f or close to that, so it all depends on how cold your computer room stays lol http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif and no you will be lucky if you see 600MHz out of any of the K6-2 chips right now 575 is really the max but some people have gotten there's to 600 SysOpt.com
