what is the highest i can set my core clock and memory clock on my dimond monster fushion 3dfx voodoo banshee 16mb..
its pci.. it has its own fan an heatsink..

I don't know if this is true for the Voodoo cards, but when overclocking my TNT2, I just kept inching it higher (5Mhz intervals), until I started to see texture shearing, or blinking white dots in the textures. Once I found where that was, I backed off by 5 Mhz, and ran a demanding game for a couple hours. Then I swiftly shut down the system, and feel the Video Card's heat sink.....if it does not burn skin, it won't burn itself.
Have fun, but be carefull.

My TNT2 Standard AGP stock settings are - CORE=125 MEM=143....I run it at core=170 & mem=198, and it's about 10-15% faster overall.

I used to run mie at 120/120 with a small fan on the heatsink http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
