If that version of windows doesn't support
single clicking, I'd go for Win 98 4.10.1998.
I don't claim to know much, but from what I've seen on this board and as well as my computer runs, I'd go with this version.
I've had my share of problems but most of them I caused myself.I have a K-2-3D 300 Mhz
@ 350Mhz and it surfs great and have both Corel 8 and Office 97 Pro ,and my wife smokes
on it!! The choice is yours. Good luck

P.S.: I got a deal on 128Mb of RAM, the extra
memory didn't hurt the situation either. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

It was built for it - it won't be living up to its true potential until you put W98 on there.

I've had three P100-p-120's running Win 98 with 16, 32 and 64mb RAM. I hate Win95(NOW) cuz I've had bad problems. One machine was generic P100, o/c to 120mhz with very used 64mb RAM. It ran very quickly on scanning, surfing and general use (no games). The Win98 upg is only $89.00 US. GLuck DrVette
