laptop purchase...cheap?

I have my "main" machine at home...I need a laptop that I can load Word/ Excel and use the internet....I do not want to spend a lot of cash,I really mean cheap!.... this being my "other" computer. I would definitly consider buying used...BUT WHERE? Alan

Actually, I want a CT100 or CT110 for myself just as a portable mp3 player and little digital assistant (though, I think sublaptop is more appropriate since it can run win98)... although the new Creative Labs Nomad Jukebox may thwart that idea.

He's got a couple of 486 notebooks for sale pretty darn cheap. Might be what you're lookin' for.
