Can I clock an AMD K62-450 on EP-MVPG2 MB?

I would like to over clock my AMD K62-450 on an Epox MVP3G2 motherboard. I have seen people say they did it but to no avail I haven't gotten it to boot any other way except by the book! I'm new and need help. Is their a flash that needs to be done to the MB? My bios is 100% up to date. Please help in as much detail as possible!
