what to buy for o/c.....please help

i am thinking of upgrading my machine so i am able to o/c.

options

pentium 500e (can't get hold of 550e)
pentium 600
pentium 600eb

pc133 ram

i have

p3 500 (128 ram 100 mhz)
gabx6e m/b
8 gb h/d ata33
18 gb h/d ata66
2940 scsi hard

what would be the best buy for o/c
would like to get up to 700 mhz or more
